Witam!
Korzystając z tego, że kalafior powoli tanieje zapowiadając zbliżający się sezon na warzywa letnie, postanowiłam zaryzykować i zrobić do niego sos. Pierwszym skojarzeniem był żółty ser, który wraz ze śmietaną i ziołami tworzy ciekawą kompozycję smakową. Od razu zaznaczam, że sos wyszedł mi rzadszy, gdyż nie chciałam dodawać mąki. Jego konsystencja nie zaburzała jednak doskonałego smaku, a jeśli ktoś woli mega gęste sosy niech użyje mąki;)
Kalafior można podać z filetami z kurczaka bez panierki (mięso przyprawiałam jedynie solą i pieprzem i smażyłam na oliwie) oraz z fasolką szparagową.
Składniki:
Kalafior
ser żółty 15 dkg
śmietana 18 lub 30 (duże opakowanie)
kilka gałązek koperku
2 ząbki czosnku
pieprz biały
gałka muszkatołowa
sól
oregano
masło
1/2 szklanki wody
Warzywa myjemy. Kalafior dzielimy na mniejsze różyczki, a koper kroimy drobno. Ser żółty trzemy na tarce i dodajemy do niego śmietanę, przeciśnięty czosnek, szczyptę pieprzu białego, szczyptę gałki muszkatołowej, sól i oregano. Mieszamy.
Gotujemy wodę i wrzucamy do niej rozdrobniony kalafior na 8 min. Na patelni roztapiamy masło i wlewamy sos. Podlewamy wodą. Gdy całość połączy się, a ser się stopi, dorzucamy koperek i trzymamy na patelni jeszcze troszkę. Odcedzamy kalafior. Kalafior możemy zapiekać w sosie w piekarniku lub wrzucić go na patelnię wraz z sosem. Ja skorzystałam z tej drugiej opcji :) Do sosu można również dodać odrobinę bułki tartej.
